AZEEM KHAN
Managing Director
Mr. Khan is an operational executive with over 20 years of experience in operations, business strategy and technology implementation in the Bermuda IT and telecoms industries. Prior to joining ReGen, he was Director of Information Technology at Liberty, and he successfully managed a local IT service integrator by creating new business opportunities, streamlining operations, and increasing revenue and net profit. Mr. Khan has also managed technical operations and service delivery for one of Bermuda’s largest telecommunications companies. As an operation executive, he has worked with local and international partners and customers and has managed teams globally.
Azeem began his education at Warwick Academy and went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a specialisation in Operations Management from Pennsylvania State University. Some of his professional designations include a Graduate Certificate in Renewable Energy (EIT, AU), a Professional Certificate in Big Data and Analytics for Electricity Grids (EIT, AU), RCDD, Registered Communication and Distribution Designer (BISCI), CISM (ISACA) as well as a Project Management Associate Certification from ESI.
Azeem is passionate about community service and serves on several boards and charities. He is dedicated to the community in which he grew up and works to support the training of and inspire Bermudians, especially in technology. Also a keen sportsman, Azeem has represented Bermuda in Cricket and Somerset in the annual Cup Match Classic.
KEITH JERNIGAN SR.
Director of Operations
As our Director of Operations, Keith is responsible for leading and overseeing our subsidiaries: AIRCARE, IFM, iEPC and Fuze. Joining us in 2022, Keith brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with an impressive 30-year career in leading multiple security and service companies in the United States, Cayman Islands and Bermuda including Bermuda Security Group’s Electronic Services Division, The Security Centre (Grand Cayman), ADT and Johnson Controls, Keith’s experience has crossed various industries, such as government, commercial and retail, which has provided him with a wealth of knowledge. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Marketing from American International College and maintains his involvement in a multitude of security industry specific associations, such as Society of Military Engineers and American Society for Industrial Security.
